Stopping Retain collection attempts for a specific user

  1. Navigate to the Retain Customers Tab : https://www2.profitwell.com/app/retain/customers
  2. Click on the specific user you want to stop all Retain emails and notifications for
  3. Click on the "Stop Retain" button

This will stop all Retain email and in-app notifications for this user for this specific failed payment. Retain will still try to recover payments for this user if they incur another failed payment in the future.
